I also thought he was just infiltrating the hospital on my first pass of the page. I thought it was pretty swell Jonan already ranks his own book. Then I realized that yes...this probably is just how this individual's thoughts are laid out when Xira peeks in on them. Thought-provoking webcomics are the best webcomics :D
