Can raise the dead to testify against ther own murderers. Tend contagious patients during an outbreak. There's all sorts of uses.

Wow, the use of zombies as labour in dangerous situations is really ingenious. Maybe the industrial revolution in this world will be advanced by reanimation instead of automation
